Master’s in Legal Advice for Companies (e-law) at the INSTITUTO DE EMPRESA in Madrid, Master’s in Taxation at the CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS FINANCIEROS in Madrid, and Master’s in Urban Planning at the CENTRO DE ESTUDIOS GARRIGUES.
He began his professional career at GARRIGUES & ANDERSEN law firm. He was deputy director of the legal department of the real estate group SILVER EAGLE and later director of the legal department of METROPOLITAN. From his different responsibilities over the last fifteen years, he has been providing services to development companies, construction companies, financial institutions, and real estate servicers.

Professor at the Centro Universitario Villanueva affiliated with the UCM, and a regular speaker with the ICAM Study Center, member on leave from the ICAM Legal Guidance Service (SOJ). Practicing lawyer since 2000, with extensive experience as a litigator in civil, administrative, real estate, urban planning, financial, commercial, and bankruptcy law. She began her professional career at the firm “Llorens & Díaz de Aguilar” (currently integrated into GARRIGUES), later working at “Bufete Crispin de Vicente” and Metropolitan Asset Management.
José Antonio Ruiz- Rico

Master in Law and Land Management from the San Pablo-C.E.U. Business School and XIII Urban Management Course from the Universidad Francisco de Vitoria.
Since 2007, he has performed legal and urban planning advisory duties in the legal department of ARNAIZ CONSULTORES, covering various areas of urban activity, and specializing in the management phase. He later joined the urban planning department of METROPOLITAN, providing legal advice and managing land portfolios for financial institutions and real estate servicers.
